What is ExtMap OL?

ExtMap OL is a part of ExtMap based on ExtJS and OpenLayers. Its licence options is more flexible than other ExtMap versions. The main difference from other versions is that it is based on OpenLayers.

The most important factor to extend ExtMap with OpenLayers is interoperability. OpenLayers has a good support for almost every map server from commercial to Open Source.

Eventhough ExtMap OL is a part of ExtMap Framework, it has missing parts like KML support or toolbox support. It is still developing and these missing features will be available soon.

Documentation

ExtMap OL is still in beta version and there are a lot to do, so that documentation will be available after the release of full version.
